  The Dark Roast coffee here is horrible in comparison to other Tim's. It tastes watered down and nothing like it should. It has been consistently bad for weeks now.. is this some cost cutting measure? Gross

  We moved here in nov and have been several times. At the beginning we had no issues but the last few times have not been good. The drive thru is very slow even at 1 pm it took us 15 minutes to get up to order. I was handed my
  Coffee and the lid was half on and was spilling all over my car so I handed back and told asked them if they could put it on and got a rude look from the girl who made it. My husband also went this week and was given a breakfast sandwich that was stone cold he couldn't even eat it and threw it away. He could not take back as he was on his way to work. We likely won't be back for a while now. I know with a small town there are less options but they need to treat customers better regardless of that.

  I go there every morning to order my extra large triple triple and a bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese, its pretty good. It's pretty busy in the morning but I guess any Tim Hortons is.

  Poor management… Staff disregard the importance of providing efficient customer service. Many times they appear to be preoccupied among themselves and therefore creates long lineups of frustrated consumers with mixed up orders. Poorly trained management lack the ability to role model and teach professional customer service.
