  This is the best pizza you can get in Elmira. Our family has ordered here quite a few times and have never been disappointed.
  
  Great quality pizza for a reasonable price. Not greasy at all compared to the other pizza places in town. The homemade dipping sauces are also quite good.
  
  The only downside is that they are closed on Sundays and Holidays, but everyone needs some time off, right?

  Been a customer of palm pizza for at least 4 years,and enjoyed their yummy pizza...dont know what went wrong tonight however picked up my pizza,and they missed a topping i asked for...no big deal,i called to let them know they had made a mistake...but instead of providing a pleasant"im sorry sir,mistakes happen,may i make you a replacement one or bring back yours,and we will add the topping"?Nope the lady instead tells me "You didnt ask for that topping,you are wrong"....wow crazy bad customer support...they lost me as a customer,my wife will not go back,plenty of other ,and cheaper pizza options in Elmira...a little customer respect goes a long way,such a small silly thing to lose a customer over!
